This is the site homepage. I helped with layout and made daily updates to this.
This is a story I wrote and posted on the website. I did dozens of these during my internship. I created headlines, wrote the stories from basic information sent in from the school or parish, and edited and uploaded images.
I managed the resource page including all the publications available for download and subscription. I created all the images, text and links that either direct to PDFs or a page for signing up for subscriptions.

This is the homepage for the website. I used Photoshop to edit both logos on the page, and I laid out the menu bar, making them proper links.
I set up a portfolio page on the site to showcase past work. This is the page for The Black and Indian Mission Office, a current client.
This client page allows visitors to view a collection of work done for different clients all at once. Each image can be clicked on to take you to the portfolio page for that client.

I updated this page with new information relating to the clients that would be interesting to anyone who did not know about them. The idea was to generate more interest in the clients through The AD Agency's network.

I created a Google Plus page for the agency, registering it as a business with Google and setting up the account.

The AD Agency social media
The people at The AD Agency are so busy working on projects for other clients that they do not have much time to manage their own social media. I took this responsibility.
Black and Indian Mission Office webstie
The Black and Indian Mission Office is an official part of the Catholic Church in the US. They cooperate with local diocesan communities to help them achieve their individual goals.
They have been a long term client for whom the agency manages all communications. I wrote stories for their website, which I helped create, and helped manage their donation database and mass email and direct mail systems.
The AD Agency Website
The AD Agency website has not changed for many years and is beginning to look dated. I worked with another employee to create an entirely new site for the company using WordPress. As of now (July 2014), the new site is not live because it is not yet finished. But here are some screenshots of pages I created.
I changed everything about how they were making posts, and even went back three months and edited all their previous posts, making them more likely to be seen, shared, and clicked on to drive traffic to the website.
I had a very positive effect on the client's communication through Facebook early on. I was able to maintain high numbers, especially in post reach, throughout my time there.
The director of the office was appearing on national television. The purpose of this tweet was to get people to watch it. I helped create the image as well.

Black and Indian Mission Office social media
The Black and Indian Mission Office was not experienced with Facebook or Twitter, but they thought they may be able to help drive traffic to their website. This was solely my responsibility.
This was my workstation for the internship. due to my proximity to the phone, it was also my job to answer calls.

Documents
Along with all the visual and online work, I also wrote and created some documents that were for more internal use. The PDFs are below.
The AD Agency capabilities package pages
-
The AD Agency puts together capabilities packages to present to prospective clients. Each one is unique to the type of client and what they want done. I did some work in Word, Photoshop and InDesign to create some of these pages.
The AD Agency press release
-
The director of our client organization, the Black and Indian Mission Office, appeared on national television. I was one of two people who created this press release that I sent to a list of several hundred people in various media organizations.
Black and Indian Mission Office contacts and thank you letter
-
I was put in charge of the Black and Indian Mission Office email lists in Constant Contact, their mass email service. I created new lists and updated the old ones. As grant applications came in from around the nation, I sorted and imported the information into the correct lists. I mad enew lists and reccommended others.
-
I created a basic thank you letter template for the client to use when they receive donations
Black and Indian Mission Office/The AD Agency how-to guides
-
As my internship was coming to an end, I wanted it to be easy for someone else to pick up the responsibilities of Facebook and WordPress for, whether they be witin the agency or the client organization. So I created the following two how-to guides.
Securitas talking points
-
One client, Securitas, hired the agency to do public relations for their new director who had been the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms. He had several interviews and was quoted in the Washington Post and on FOX5 News. I wrote a very basic outline of things he could talk about in his initial interviews.
